ABOUT PSC
THE PETERBOROUGH SPIRITUALIST CENTRE
We gather every Sunday at 10AM (in-person) to create an energy where miracles take place, maybe not the huge miracles we sometimes wish for but those day to day miracles that help to keep us focused in the moment and bring astonishing joy with every breath we take. Every Sunday we have different inspirational speakers who elucidate and guide through their own personal experiences and insight.
You are most welcome to join us.
When we create that energy together we get to transport that energy home to share with our families and co-workers for the whole week through! We also run events like the Psychic Fair, Workshops, Meditation Circles and Mediumship development courses

Peterborough Spiritualists believe in the intrinsic worth and dignity of each individual and are dedicated to the values of acceptance, self-determination, and respect for individuality. We encourage the development of human beings and the discussion of issues relevant to spirituality, energy healing and psychic development as well as supporting all PSC members in their personal spiritual journeys.
MEET OUR BOARD MEMBERS
Rev. Judy Morgan
PRESIDENT-MINISTER
Rev. Judy Morgan is a Spiritualist/Metaphysical Minister, Teacher and Intuitive Counselor.
With more than 40 years of experience as a practising psychic medium and spiritual intuitive, Rev. Judy Morgan has made numerous appearances on both television and radio. She has worked with law enforcement agencies and facilitated a wide range of metaphysical workshops, meditation sessions,
As a Spiritual Minister, Judy views service as both a privilege and a pleasure. She is deeply passionate about spiritual awareness and development, always considering herself a life-long student of the intuitive arts. Judy actively pursues advanced training with world-class teachers, aiming to inspire and encourage others to discover their own natural intuitive gifts and spiritual abilities.
Rev. Judy believes that following the path of the soul and listening to guidance from spirit leads to healing, contentment, and success in all areas of life. As a medium, she frequently channels messages from departed loved ones, offering peace and understanding to those she serves.
Judy’s certifications include Ordained Spiritualist/Metaphysical Minister, Psychic Medium, Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist, Labyrinth Facilitator, Laying of Hands Healer, Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, and Angel Card Reader. She has also completed extensive studies with some of the most accredited mediums and spiritual teachers in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Craig Niziolek
PAST PRESIDENT
Craig Niziolek has been part of the Board of Directors since 2013. His passion is Health and Healing along with a Reverence for Life. He started Therapeutic Touch in 2003, became a Recognized Practitioner and a Recognized Teacher with the Therapeutic Touch Network of Ontario. Craig also uses Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field Therapy to heal. Human Beings are Beings of Frequency.
Craig supports local community, business and food. He has volunteered with other different Registered Not-For-Profit Organizations and a Co-operative.
His education and career as an Electrical/Electronic Technologist enabled him to learn the skilled trades.
His work with a Holistic Physician taught him natural ways to heal the body using high quality nutritional supplements and Magnetic Resonance Stimulation to optimize metabolism.
Craig creates awareness on how to Practice Safe Tech to reduce exposure to wireless radiation. High frequency transmitters have a small wave length which can be absorbed by the body which causes illness unlike large waves lengths from Radio and TV wireless signals.
Joanne O'Donoughue
TREASURER
Born and raised in Montreal, Joanne O’Donoughue had a happy childhood and from an early age she had a calling to give back to society. That desire resulted in her learning various healing methods such as Hands on Healing, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. Joanne uses a combination of these methods when she does healings.
Messages started to come to her while she was doing healings. She was not born with this special talent, but learned to do so by taking Spiritual Development classes and Mediumship classes over the years.
In 2011, she had an awakening; it was then that Spirit made it clear that her gift was to give love, unconditional love. Being of service is the focal point of her work as a Healer and a Medium.
Joanne always speaks from her heart and never fails to enlighten and inspire us with her insightful thoughts and messages from Spirit.
Rev. Debra Kemp
SECRETARY/BOOKING SECRETARY
Rev. Debra-Claire Kemp is a member of the Peterborough Spiritualist Centre Board, bringing more than 40 years of experience in Spiritualism, mediumship, teaching, and community service.
An ordained Spiritualist Minister, Debra-Claire works internationally as a medium, speaker, and teacher. She is also co-founder of Kawartha Mediums, where she teaches spiritual and intuitive development and encourages others to discover and trust their own abilities.
A Past President of her local Chamber of Commerce, Debra-Claire brings years of community leadership and a strong belief in the importance of connection, participation, and service.
She describes her work with PSC as part of her “heart work”—helping create a welcoming, active Spiritualist community where people can learn, grow, serve, laugh, and feel that they truly belong.
For Debra-Claire, Spiritualism is more than a Sunday service. It is about how we live, love, serve, and care for one another every day.
